According to the Tenth Annual HealthGrades Hospital Quality in America Study Wadley Health System ranks among the top five percent in the nation for vascular surgery, and among the top ten percent in the nation for joint replacement surgery. The study, the largest of its kind, analyzed patient outcomes at virtually all of the nation's 5,000 hospitals over the years 2004, 2005 and 2006.
The study also found that Wadley Health System is:

- Five-Star Rated for Total Hip Replacement

- Five-Star Rated for Spinal Fusion Surgery
- Five-Star Rated for Carotid Surgery
- Five-Star Rated for Peripheral Vascular Bypass
- Five-Star Rated for Cholecystectomy
- Five-Star Rated for Gastrointestinal Surgery
