The Wadley Senior Clinic is a primary care medical office for patients 55 years old and above with Medicare. The clinic is conveniently located at 1307 Trinity Boulevard in Texarkana, Arkansas with easy access off of Jefferson Avenue. The Wadley Senior Clinic will employ a multidisciplinary approach with team members who bring unique knowledge and skills to the care of older adults. The Center is designed to emphasize patient-centered care with the guiding principle that all patients should have a personal provider who can lead the healthcare team to provide coordinated care.
In addition to the clinical offerings, there will be a Community Room available to the public as well as being utilized for physician presentations on topics specifically geared to the senior adult population.
